Today, I’d like to introduce a case in which a man experienced before-and-after changes from bulbous nose surgery through alar reduction.

In this case, the male patient had concerns about a stuffy impression due to a nose that looked low and spread out from the front,

and he visited the clinic hoping to improve it.

Looking at the preoperative images, the facial skin was relatively thick,

and the nostrils were spread wide to both sides.

In addition, the glabella and nasal bridge were low, giving an overall flat impression.
