The bridge was elevated using 4 mm silicone in accordance with the facial proportions, while septal cartilage and ear cartilage were used together to create a stable supporting structure for the tip. The depressor septi muscle was also refined to reduce the force pulling the tip downward. A small dorsal hump was present on the bridge, so it was naturally refined as well.\
