: Some of the thick fatty and subcutaneous tissue inside the nasal tip was removed, and the spread-out alar cartilages were brought toward the center for correction.

Non-Incisional Alar Reduction

: Without making an incision on the outside of the alar region, sutures were used internally to bring in the width of the nostrils, helping reduce the spreading of the nasal tip without the burden of visible scarring.

Straight Nasal Bridge Design

: The contours of the broadly spread nasal bridge were refined to create a slim, straight line extending to the tip.

Before Surgery

: The nasal bridge was broad and the tip was rounded and spread out, giving the overall appearance a somewhat dull or heavy impression.

After Surgery

: The previously broad nose was refined and the tip became slimmer, creating a more sophisticated and defined appearance.
