Front view before surgery / Front view after surgery
Hello.
This is Director Lee Won of 21 Plastic Surgery.
Do you really think all under-eye fat grafting is the same?
Many people simply think that adding fat will make the area look better,
but that is not actually the case.
To create a natural and even under-eye contour,
what fat is used and how it is grafted are very important!!
Today, while explaining
21 Plastic Surgery’s own under-eye fat grafting process,
we will take a direct look at why so many people choose our clinic’s under-eye fat grafting^^
A typical fat grafting process involves harvesting fat and then placing it in a centrifuge,
where the separated micro fat cells are grafted.
However, fat that has been processed this simply still contains a lot of ‘fat oil,’
that is, oily components.

Typical fat cells
If this ‘fat oil’ remains, what happens?
The first issue is that it interferes with engraftment,
and the second is that it can cause unevenness over time!!
Let’s compare the differences in a video.
If you watch the video, when the fat contains a lot of oil, the oil spreads whitely around the edges.
In this case, even if there is enough fat cell volume,
fat oil takes up part of the space and the engraftment rate may decrease.

Pure fat cells from 21 Plastic Surgery with fat oil removed
But at 21 Plastic Surgery,
we do not finish with just one centrifugation.
After the first centrifugation, we remove as much fat oil as possible,
then briefly perform a second centrifugation.
The important point here is
that spinning it for a long time is not better!
If it is spun for too long, the fat cells can be damaged,
which may lower the engraftment rate.
So, taking this into account, our clinic sets the optimal time to preserve the fat cells while removing as much fat oil as possible,
and carries out the separation process twice.
Through this process, the fat with the fat oil removed
is sprayed as pure fat only,
so the under-eye area does not become uneven and boasts a balanced engraftment rate.
If you refer to this video,
you will clearly feel the difference between fat cells from our clinic, from which most of the fat oil has been removed through our know-how, and typical fat cells ^^
This is not possible with a simple manual alone,
and it is a highly difficult procedure that requires skilled technique and teamwork.
For this reason, most clinics find it realistically difficult to perform.
Typical under-eye fat grafting often, over time, clumps together like lumps or is absorbed asymmetrically,
but 21 Plastic Surgery’s under-eye fat grafting uses only pure fat, which results in a high engraftment rate and even fat distribution, allowing a natural and clear under-eye contour to be maintained over time.

Fat grafting can be received anywhere, but not everyone does it well.
At 21 Plastic Surgery, we scientifically design the entire surgical process so that the engraftment rate is increased and the graft can be performed naturally and evenly without unevenness.
In addition, to distribute the fat evenly and create a natural under-eye contour,
we also combine it with ‘nano fat grafting,’ which microscopically processes the fat particles.
This process crushes the fat much more delicately than conventional fat grafting,
helping it spread evenly and smoothly through the skin layer.
21 Plastic Surgery goes one step further
and also performs stem cell-based under-eye fat grafting~^^
To explain the features of stem cell under-eye fat grafting:
- Promotes skin regeneration
- Adds elasticity and radiance
- Improves fat engraftment rate
- Enhances skin texture and vitality
Under-eye fat grafting is not simply about adding fat;
the key is how it is processed and how it is placed.
We hope you will experience 21 Plastic Surgery’s next-level under-eye fat grafting for yourself.
If you have any questions, consultation is always available.
You will become more beautiful.
Because you have
made up your mind to become beautiful.
Thank you.
