Chin T-osteotomy reduction, advancement, and vertical width reduction

Long-curve square jaw reduction and cortical bone rasping

This is a plan designed to effectively reduce the width of the side cheekbones and 45-degree cheekbones

while also advancing the chin in a three-dimensional way

and improving the asymmetry of the square jaw at the same time.

During this process,

precise procedures optimized for the patient’s anatomical characteristics were performed in parallel, including bone fixation with plates, line refinement (secondary angle rasping), and buccal fat pad repositioning.

After 1 week

This is the period when swelling and bruising are concentrated.

Swelling can be especially severe around the cheekbones and jaw,

but because the patient did not have much bleeding,

only yellowish bruising appeared, and recovery was also quick.

The line is not fully visible yet because of the swelling and bruising,

but you can see that the cheekbone area has been more smoothly refined than before surgery.

6 months after surgery

All the swelling had gone down,

the line had stabilized,

and the facial contour had clearly improved, becoming smoother and more feminine.

When viewed from the front, it is clearly visible that the area of concern the patient had felt has improved.

1 year and 6 months after surgery

The facial line has settled in very naturally and harmoniously.

The patient who visited said,
