Aesthetic Structure Analysis of HYBE’s New Group Cortis from a Plastic Surgery Specialist’s Perspective

Today, I’d like to analyze the faces of the members of

HYBE’s new boy group,

Cortis (Cortis),

who have drawn a lot of attention right from their debut,

from a specialist’s perspective.

not from a fan’s point of view!!!

The Cortis members commonly have

a stable facial bone structure,

harmonious proportions among the eyes, nose, and mouth,

and

faces that are structurally strong under lighting and cameras.

I’ll look at each member’s appeal one by one

from a specialist’s perspective.^^

Martin – Three-dimensional nose structure + stable facial balance

Martin

is a face whose nose bridge and nose tip structure

stands out clearly at first glance.

The nose has an exotic feel, but because it is not overly lifted or

pointed, its natural refinement remains intact.

The volume under the cheekbones is also moderate, so

the overall facial balance is not thrown off,

and it is a structure where the face does not look

flat even under strong lighting.

It can be considered a face shape that is well suited to expressing a masculine atmosphere on stage.

James – Distinct T-zone + deep eye hollows

James

has deep eye hollows and a clearly defined T-zone.

He is the type whose eyes stand out strongly under lighting,

making him a very camera-friendly structure.

Even if the jawline (mandible) is somewhat angular,

it does not look rough and still maintains a refined impression.

With a nose whose length and angle create an ideal

straight-line profile,

this face fits the standard of a typical “masculine nose” very well.

Juhoon – Typical pretty-boy line + fuller lips

Juhoon

has the large eyes, V-line chin, and fuller lips that complete

the classic pretty-boy proportions.

In particular, fuller lips are a shape that, in actual consultations,

many people request by saying, “I want lips like this,”

and the volume and line of the lips have a natural, attractive structure.

His face is also small, and the forehead–nose–chin proportions are ideal,

so he is the type whose face stands out brightly under stage lighting.

Seonghyeon – Sleek nose + refreshing inline eyes

What stands out first about Seonghyeon’s face

is the structure that gives the nose bridge and tip a precise middle ratio.

The nose bridge is clear, and the nose tip naturally turns up slightly,

making it a shape that photographs well.

His eyes have an inline look (a thin, natural double eyelid),

with a long horizontal length that gives a cool, refreshing impression,

and even in a neutral expression, the range of expression does not vary much,

making him a face that leaves a strong impression in photos and videos,

especially from the front.

Geonho – Charming corners of the mouth + complete proportions

Geonho

has very harmonious proportions between the corners of his mouth and his facial features.

When he smiles, the corners of his mouth lift naturally,

which, combined with a distinct T-zone, gives him both maturity

and charm.

The nose bridge is clear, but the nose tip is not overly sharp,

showing a comfortable “complete nose proportion.”

His eyes have distinct double eyelids and noticeable aegyo-sal,

so his expression when smiling feels much softer

and more approachable.

From my personal aesthetic standards,

he can be evaluated as the member closest to ideal proportions.

The analysis introduced today is, above all,

simply an interpretation from a plastic surgery specialist’s

aesthetic and anatomical perspective.

It is not meant to evaluate or rank appearances.
