Before surgery, after a detailed diagnosis, the lateral projection of the cheekbones was relatively distinct, and the buccal fat volume under the cheekbones had gathered toward the front, creating a structure that made the midface look somewhat heavy.

In such cases, if only the cheekbones are reduced, the sagging of the cheeks below the cheekbones may stand out even more.

One month after surgery, as the initial swelling subsided significantly, it became clear that the width of the cheekbones had definitely been reduced.

Thanks to the buccal fat repositioning, the cheek line below the cheekbones was naturally refined, and the midface looked much lighter and softer ^^ There was still some residual swelling, but compared with before surgery, the sharpness of the impression had noticeably decreased at this stage.

Three months after surgery, the tissue had stabilized and almost all swelling had gone down. The cheekbone line was softly refined without being excessive, and as the buccal fat also settled naturally, the overall mood of the face changed to feel much calmer and more feminine.

From both the front and the side, not only did the face appear narrower in width, but the biggest change was that the impression became softer ^^

What was most memorable about this case was that it was not the size of the face itself, but the overall mood and impression that changed.
