When is the best time for children’s orthodontic treatment..?

When people think of orthodontic treatment, they usually imagine teeth being neatly aligned!

But it is not just about arranging the teeth.

It can also help balance the jaws by using growth during the developmental stage!

You may have sometimes seen children wearing appliances outside the face.

These can help restrain jaw growth or guide it.

These kinds of appliances are only possible during growth.

They cannot be used for adults whose growth has already finishedㅠㅠ

“When should my child get braces~?”

Many parents ask this!!

It is one of the most common questions I hear during orthodontic treatment haha

The answer is that sometimes you need to watch and wait... and sometimes you need to start right away.

From the time when baby teeth are present if the lower jaw protrudes and the upper jaw is protruded,

you should start children’s orthodontic treatment early.
