Hello, this is Cocoline. Are you managing to get through this changeable weather well?
Today, I’d like to explain our hospital’s reservation system.

The key point in this process is privacy and comfort.
At other hospitals, you may have experienced waiting for a long time in a large lobby with strangers,
and feeling dissatisfied because the consultation time was extremely short compared with the waiting time.
Some places do not even offer consultations with the director, who is the most important person in the process,
so we understand that many people who decide to have rhinoplasty feel anxious about these aspects.

Because of the nature of surgery, there are many questions—from functional aspects to aesthetic ones,
such as the current condition, the materials to be used in surgery, whether rhinitis treatment is possible, and the degree of future improvement.
That is why there are many people who want to receive a consultation slowly and at length.
So, rather than focusing on immediate profit, we accept reservations for up to four surgeries per day
to provide visitors with a more comfortable and higher-quality service.
This is to create time so that our two chief directors can focus on everything except the actual surgery time—consultations, follow-ups, and treatment.

We know very well that questions cannot be resolved through a 10-minute or 20-minute consultation.
Especially for those undergoing revision surgery or reconstructive plastic surgery, there are often cases where thorough consultation about what they experienced before is necessary.
To fully listen to the difficulties and concerns of both first-time and revision surgery patients, and to resolve them,
we have created a system that allows consultations of up to one hour.
The reason we emphasize this consultation system is that we believe there are some very important things in this process.
It is because we think it is most important to accurately understand what the patient has in mind, explain what is possible,
and plan the surgery accordingly.

In particular, at Cocoline, we do not believe that a nose that is simply high and flashy is beautiful.
With the surgical skill of our excellent medical team, we can fully create the look you want,
but we take time to look further ahead and align our opinions so that we do not follow trends,
and can help you maintain a beautiful nose for a long time even as time passes, considering the other strengths of your existing facial features, the overall mood, and harmony.
And when conducting consultations, we try to realistically predict the possible results
based on your current condition, and use methods and materials that are a good fit.
We absolutely do not allow consultations that falsely insist impossible things are possible,
or that force unsuitable methods.
With every surgery, the more revision surgeries are repeated, the more sensitive and fragile the area can become.
That is why we are making our best effort to perform surgery without overdoing it and within the possible range.

In addition, as mentioned earlier, we only perform up to four surgeries a day.
Let me explain this a little more in detail.
From consultations to surgery, treatment, and follow-up, we focus on careful progress throughout the entire process.
Just like with consultations, we also make sure surgery is done without overdoing it and within a safe range so that you can become more beautiful.
For example, in the case of bulbous nose surgery, the soft tissue under the skin must be removed to reduce the swollen-looking part of the nose.
If these tissues are removed excessively and too aggressively, the surgical result may make the nose look much smaller, pinched, or artificial.
To prevent this and achieve natural results, we perform each step of the surgery in detail, like craftsmen carving a gemstone.
This system also includes securing enough surgery time to help prevent revision surgery.

Many people who undergo nose revision surgery want to improve a nose tip that has become significantly drooped over time.
This is because the degree of cartilage fixation at the time of surgery affects the result.

In particular, rhinoplasty outcomes vary depending on how much surgical material (septal cartilage, ear cartilage, costal cartilage, etc.) is secured,
and how well it is processed and fixed, which is another reason we set aside enough time to perform a highly refined surgery.
What many people overlook is that the nose is located right at the center of the face,
so it plays a major role in shaping the overall atmosphere of the face.
Also, because it is the body organ that enables breathing, which is one of the most important functions in life,
surgery should consider functional aspects along with simple cosmetic improvement.

That is also why we do not perform excessive surgery in our clinic.
Cocoline’s lead medical staff are otolaryngology specialists,
professional medical experts who know the nose better than anyone and who also have excellent academic and technical knowledge and skills regarding its functional aspects,
so it can be said that they are optimized for aesthetic improvement surgery while preserving nasal function.

From being dedicated rhinoplasty specialists at a large plastic surgery clinic to becoming the chief director of a hospital.
Because they have walked the path of rhinoplasty for such a long time, they take pride in their know-how regarding the appropriate surgical method for each nose shape,
the method of securing and fixing the necessary materials for surgery.
In addition, through virtual surgery, you can predict your post-surgery appearance in advance,
and with excellent skill in rhinitis surgery, revision surgery, and reconstructive surgery,
combined with a caring approach toward patients, I believe this unique consultation & surgery system could be created.
If you are considering both aesthetic and functional improvement, anyone is welcome to consult with us.
Please feel free to make a reservation and visit us anytime. We will do our best to provide kind consultation and care from start to finish.
Thank you.
