Koko Line Clinic, Online Non-Face-to-Face Consultation Now Available!

Hello, this is Koko Line Clinic.

In the current situation, where it feels like things are getting better and yet still remain at a standstill, you must be very tired. (On top of that, the unbelievable heat and humidity...)

Many of the people who visit our clinic have also been finding it difficult to come in for consultations because of the ongoing situation.

At Koko Line Clinic, we disinfect and sanitize every space that patients can come into contact with every day. We also guide all visitors to check their temperature, sanitize their hands, and wear a mask.

Even so, we have started operating an online non-face-to-face consultation service for those who may feel a little uncomfortable visiting in person. In the past, many people only asked simple questions, but recently more people have been posting photos, virtual plastic surgery requests, and detailed questions.

The online non-face-to-face consultations provided by Koko Line Clinic are personally reviewed by CEO Dr. Kim Seon-gu, who provides consultation content tailored to each individual based on safety.

Of course, in-person consultations are easier to understand and can resolve your questions more quickly, but I think non-face-to-face consultations definitely have their own advantages. :)

Here is how to use Koko Line Clinic’s non-face-to-face consultation.

1. Visit the website

2. Click "Consultation" in the top menu

3. If you would like an overall consultation before surgery, click "Online Consultation"

4. If you want to preview how you will look after surgery, click "Virtual Plastic Surgery"

*Tip for use: The best way is to use virtual plastic surgery first and then use the online consultation board for detailed questions, which can help you get answers to your questions more quickly.

For simple questions and consultations, KakaoTalk or a phone call may be more convenient. :)

Information on in-person consultations

Currently, in order to comply with quarantine guidelines, we are receiving a limited number of consultation reservations for each time slot every day.

If you visit on the same day, consultation may be difficult, so we recommend checking the schedule and whether a reservation is available by phone in advance before visiting.

(Closed every Wednesday and Sunday.) The closure schedule may vary slightly each month depending on internal circumstances, so please check in advance for a smooth visit. :)
