I’m almost 40, and the facial fat that should not have disappeared was disappearing!!!! Since I’ve never had much facial fat to begin with, my cheeks were already practically gone..

On top of that, hollows in the side cheeks, under-eye hollows, temples, nasolabial folds, and so on.. I just thought, this can’t go on, so I opened Babitalk and started by looking at the event listings.

There were many hospitals, but my criteria for choosing one were whether the doctor and I could communicate well,

The reason I set my criteria this way was that even if a doctor has great qualifications, I thought the outcome would differ depending on how much experience they had.

And I needed to be able to trust the doctor, but if we didn’t click from the consultation onward, it would be hard to get the face I wanted.

I visited consultations at the shortlisted hospitals, found the one that met my criteria, and that hospital was DM Plastic Surgery.

With high expectations, I had a consultation with CEO Chief Surgeon Lee Ju-hong. He answered all of my questions and all the things I was curious about without missing a single detail,

and he explained the reasons too, which made me trust him. I felt there was no need to hesitate,

so as soon as I met the manager, I set a date and paid the deposit! Finally, on the day of the procedure, I went to the hospital one hour before surgery after fasting for 6 hours.

Kind staff with lovely voices welcomed me, and I washed my face according to the instructions. After washing, I took photos and had another consultation with the doctor.

I told him once again where I wanted the fat to be placed, and he drew on my face before I went downstairs (the operating room is in the basement..)

There were several recovery rooms that could be used by two people, and they were clean and neat. I changed clothes and went straight into the operating room.

They comforted me as I was very nervous, and kindly answered my questions as well. (The surgery took about an hour.)

After the surgery, I was helped to the recovery room by the staff, and I think I slept for a little over an hour.

They came in from time to time to check on my condition and waited until I was well enough.

Once I felt somewhat better, they gave me a small shopping bag. It contained

Mediheal patches to apply to the facial wound area, a hot/cold pack, a sheet with postoperative precautions, a prescription, and 3 pumpkin juice drinks.

I set a date for stitch removal, went to the pharmacy to get my medicine, and came home.

On the day of surgery and the next day, my face was very swollen. My face didn’t hurt, and the area where the fat was harvested felt a little sore.

They also said I could shower after putting waterproof tape on the inner thighs where the fat was taken from, so I showered.

I didn’t wash my face on days 3 and 4, and since I was going to work on day 4, I washed my face while changing the Medihheal patches.

At that time, my face was still a bit swollen, so I was worried, but when I went to work, my coworkers started asking what I had done to my face, which hospital I went to, and how much it cost.

Since the swelling had to go down for anyone to really know, I was calmly waiting. Thanks to my face being fuller than before,

I heard a lot of nice things, felt good, and thought it was worth doing. I got it at a nice price because it was an event, and the fat was placed very well too,

so I’m very grateful to Chief Surgeon Lee Ju-hong for making my face look beautiful. Since I have a similar face shape,

for those of you considering full-face autologous fat grafting, I would cautiously recommend getting a consultation at the hospital I went to.

I don’t regret it either. I’m extremely satisfied!!!!
