Lower outer canthoplasty review.
"Overall, I’m very satisfied!"

I recently had lower outer canthoplasty surgery with Director Lee Ju-hong. The surgery took less than 25–30 minutes,
was done under sedation anesthesia, and I don’t remember the procedure at all; it went well and I came out fine haha. The anesthesia really didn’t hurt at all,
so I was comfortable during it, but once the anesthesia wore off, I felt a pulling sensation across my whole face, and there was
a dull, painful ache in my forehead and even my head. Still, after taking the prescribed medicine, it quickly became tolerable.
Days 2 to 3 were honestly the hardest period. Because of conjunctival swelling, my eyes were very puffy, and there were tears mixed with blood,
which was a bit surprisingㅠㅠ Still, starting around days 4 to 5, the swelling clearly began to go down, and the shape of my eyes
gradually started to settle. There was still some bruising, so sunglasses were a must during that time. And when I went to get the stitches removed on the one-week mark,
even though I was extremely nervous, it was more manageable than I expected. Still, I teared up a little...🤣
Currently, it’s day 8. Only a little bruising remains, and the swelling is down to just a very slight amount, so daily life is definitely manageable.
My lower eyelashes were originally long, so they would poke my eyes, and I hope this gets better as I recover!
It’s still under observation, but overall, I’m quite satisfied with the surgery.
This is a review from a customer who had a canthoplasty procedure at DM Plastic Surgery.
They visited because they were concerned about the cramped, narrow appearance of their eyes, and
you can see in the photos that the eyes naturally became more open and somewhat better aligned.
The customer was satisfied after 충분한 consultation with the specialist medical staff,
and DM Plastic Surgery performs surgery with a focus on the harmony of each customer’s face and features.
In addition, eye surgery may seem relatively simple,
but it requires aesthetic sense and technical skill,
so it should be performed only after a 1:1 consultation with specialist medical staff who have extensive surgical experience in eye surgery.
