The front part was quite open, but the back still felt cramped, like a narrow clam eye. I was told there was only 1 mm of space that could be opened naturally, but I really wanted the eye corner surgery, so I went ahead with it hoping it would open even that much. To my surprise, it looked much more open than I expected, and I was very satisfied.

After the procedure, they gave me pumpkin juice, a cold compress kit, and sterile cotton swabs for aftercare, and at the one-week mark they also provided swelling laser treatment. When I visited at the one-month mark, they asked if I had any discomfort, and when I mentioned redness, they reassured me that it was a normal reaction.

Honestly, there isn’t much redness. It’s just the kind of surgery that makes you think, Why didn’t I do this sooner! Also, the cost for sleep anesthesia is an extra 100,000 won. I definitely recommend sleep anesthesia. When you wake up, it’s already over, haha.
