Since I noticed that the fat under my eyes started protruding in my 30s, I became more conscious of it, and in my 40s I thought a procedure was necessary. I received a consultation to see whether I should have under-eye fat repositioning or lower blepharoplasty depending on the condition of the fat under my eyes, and was told that it was still too early for lower blepharoplasty, so I chose under-eye fat repositioning.

During the decision process of whether to have under-eye fat repositioning or lower blepharoplasty, they explained it objectively and recommended under-eye fat repositioning first, then having lower blepharoplasty later when I’m older. The fat that had protruded under my eyes was removed, but it’s disappointing that I still look hollow because of dark circles. It may not seem like a big difference at first glance, but I think it will look better if the dark circles are gone. It seems like it will be fine if I manage it so it doesn’t get worse from here.

I think it’s better to do it before it gets any later. It doesn’t look like I had a procedure done, and with the fast recovery period, daily life is possible, so there’s no burden.
