Originally, the inner corners of my eyes were covered by an epicanthic fold,

so the main thing that bothered me was that my eyes looked dull and cramped,

and the distance between my eyes also felt a little wide,

which is why I came to DM Plastic Surgery.

At first, I had a consultation thinking I wanted

epicanthoplasty along with outer and lower canthoplasty,

but CEO Director Lee Joo-hong carefully examined my eyes

and explained in detail that it would be better not to do the outer and lower canthoplasty,

as that would look more natural and suit me better.

I had heard that many clinics often recommend extra procedures,

but here it felt like they were recommending only the procedures I truly needed,

which made me trust them more and feel at ease.

They explained every question I had in detail,

so I was very satisfied with the consultation itself.

On the day of surgery, the staff also took great care of me the entire time

and kindly guided me, which helped me relax a lot.

It was done under sedation, and they reassured me that the procedure time was short

and would be over quickly, so I was able to go through it more comfortably than expected.

During recovery, I was careful when washing my face and applied the prescribed ointment well.

I managed my care for about a week, and the swelling was almost nonexistent from the first day,

which really surprised me.

There was almost no bruising either, so daily life was not very inconvenient.

After the stitches were removed, there were still slight stitch marks and scabs left,

but they are gradually fading, so I think they will heal naturally soon.

Most importantly, the part I was most worried about was whether my eyes would look too close together

or look overly widened,

but they performed the epicanthoplasty naturally at a length suited to my eyes,

so I am extremely satisfied.

The previously cramped inner corners of my eyes now look much brighter,

and my overall eye shape feels more defined, so I am very happy with the results.

I hope the marks continue to fade more naturally and settle in beautifully!
