Let me introduce a case of a patient who visited us with this concern.

Following a detailed examination,

#26 and #27 were found to have cavities, so we proceeded with ceramic inlay treatment,

and #25 appeared to have a cavity that had not yet progressed, so we decided to monitor it through regular checkups.

🔍 Here’s How Inlay Treatment Is Performed

For this treatment, we used a digital scanner, design software, an Enamic block, and MCXL equipment together

to complete the procedure in a single day.

1️⃣ Tooth Scan

We precisely scan the teeth digitally with the PrimeScan device.

This allows us to collect oral information quickly and hygienically, without the discomfort of taking a rubber impression.

2️⃣ Prosthetic Design

In Yesmir Dental Clinic’s in-house tooth design room,

we design the inlay to match the tooth shape based on the scanned data.

3️⃣ Processing with the MCXL Device

Based on the designed data,

we use Dentsply Sirona’s MCXL device

to precisely mill a genuine VITA Enamic block and fabricate the inlay.

4️⃣ Same-Day Placement

The fabricated inlay is bonded on the same day to complete treatment.

This helps reduce unnecessary visits and supports a faster return to daily life.

All treatment decisions are made according to the patient’s oral condition.

Same-day treatment may not be possible in some cases, so please be sure to follow the medical staff’s guidance.

We use only genuine VITA Enamic blocks,

and each inlay is fabricated using one block per tooth.

Cavities that have stopped progressing, like #25, can be monitored through regular checkups.

Treatment is recommended only when it is truly necessary.
