Today, I’ll explain the precautions and care methods you should definitely remember after the MiracleNate (no-prep laminate) procedure performed at YesMire Dental Clinic.

MiracleNate is a treatment that minimizes tooth reduction and is a procedure that considers both esthetics and function.

However, depending on how you care for it after the procedure, there may be differences in how long it lasts and in the results.

✅ After the procedure, please be sure to keep these in mind!

1. It may feel awkward at first

It may feel different from usual when your lips or tongue touch it. Usually, you’ll adapt naturally within a few days, so there’s no need to worry too much.

2. You may experience tooth sensitivity

You may temporarily become sensitive to cold foods or drinks. In most cases, this eases within a few days. If the discomfort continues, please be sure to contact the clinic.

3. Please be careful with hard or chewy foods

Do not bite with your front teeth into hard or chewy foods such as peanuts, dried squid, or jerky. If strong force is applied, MiracleNate may break or come off.

4. Oral hygiene must be even more thorough!

Oral hygiene tools such as toothbrushes, floss, and Waterpik are now essential items. After eating foods that can cause staining, such as coffee, wine, or kimchi, please finish by brushing your teeth or gargling 😊

5. If you have a teeth-grinding habit, be sure to let us know

Unconscious teeth grinding or clenching habits can damage MiracleNate.

If needed, we may recommend a custom protective appliance (night guard), so please be sure to tell the medical staff if you have this habit.

6. It may come off or break while in use

It usually stays in place well during normal use, but it may break or come off due to trauma or excessive use. Please don’t be alarmed—if that happens, contact the clinic and we will guide you through the appropriate next steps.

7. Regular checkups are essential

Even after treatment, regular checkups every 6 months are necessary. To keep your beautiful front teeth healthy for a long time, please remember to visit the clinic 😊
