Before surgery, the upper eyelid lacked volume, so the eyes appeared generally sunken.

In addition, the double eyelid line was blurry and there was skin sagging,

Through incisional double eyelid surgery and eye-opening correction,

we adjusted the muscles involved in opening the eyes while removing unnecessary tissue,

correcting the eyes to create a sharper appearance.

We also naturally opened up the front eye area, which had looked cramped, through medial canthoplasty,

and added volume to the hollow eye area with fat grafting,
