The patient's existing double-eyelid crease was hidden by the eyelid, so the line was not clearly visible when the eyes were open.

In addition, the Mongolian folds covered the inner corners of the eyes, creating a somewhat constricted appearance. As the outer corners of the eyes were relatively emphasized, the overall eye shape gave a slightly sharp impression.

The patient wanted the double-eyelid crease to appear naturally while creating a softer impression.

We created a naturally defined in-out crease to achieve eyes that look more open and a softer appearance. We also improved the Mongolian folds that had been covering the inner corners, reducing the previously constricted look.

The design was created so that the flow of the crease from the inner corners to the outer corners would connect naturally. Rather than raising the crease excessively, we focused on bringing out both definition and softness within a range that harmonizes with the patient's eye shape.
