The surgery was performed together with natural adhesion, with an appropriate amount of fat removed from the upper eyelids to create a natural yet defined double-eyelid line.

After 6 months, the double-eyelid line had settled naturally, and the eyes appeared clearer and more defined than before.

The fullness of the upper eyelids was also reduced, alleviating the previously closed-in appearance and creating a natural-looking eye shape with an in-out fold that harmonizes with the patient's existing facial features.
