The case shown above is a photograph taken

Before surgery, the eyelid line was

uneven due to multiple creases that folded

in several layers, which could make the eyes

appear somewhat tired or give them a constricted impression.

Multiple eyelid creases can occur due to a combination

of various factors, including changes in the force used to open the eyes,

sagging eyelid skin, and changes in the position of fat.

As a result, the existing double-eyelid line can become

unstable, leading to the formation of multiple creases.

After surgery, the multiple creases were smoothed out,

allowing the double-eyelid line to settle

in a more stable position.

The eyes also appeared more defined

and neat, and discomfort when opening the eyes

may be alleviated as well.

While multiple eyelid creases may be improved

with the natural adhesion procedure alone,

as in this case, an incisional method may be

more suitable when there is significant skin sagging.
