Lower canthoplasty, Bobby lower canthoplasty, under-eye canthoplasty before-and-after photos

This is a before-and-after photo of under-eye canthoplasty = lower canthoplasty = Bobby lower canthoplasty.
With the simple outer canthoplasty used in the past, only a scar would remain at the outer corner of the eye, and there would be almost no change in eye size or eye shape.
In such cases, the previous outer corner scar is left as it is,
and under-eye canthoplasty can make the eyes a bit larger and create a slightly lower eye shape.
These are photos taken before surgery and at 9 months after surgery.
Although more than 6 months have passed since the surgery,
it can be seen that the surgical effect has been well maintained.
Under-eye canthoplasty can be maintained almost permanently if the surgery is performed by properly securing the correct anatomical structures during the operation and if the patient manages the area well after surgery.
