Drooping nose revision rhinoplasty & drooping nasal tip revision surgery
Long nose & long nasal tip revision surgery before-and-after photos

In the previous nose surgery, the bridge and tip design should have been in harmony,
but the bridge stood out too much compared to the angle and height of the tip, so the bridge was higher than the tip.
Also, in the previous surgery, both septal cartilage and cadaveric costal cartilage were used,
but because of an incorrect design in how each cartilage was placed at the nasal tip, the tip looked droopy and the nose looked long.
In particular, when smiling, the nasal tip sagged even more, making the nose look longer.
Before revision rhinoplasty, we conducted a thorough consultation and reflected the patient's desired shape as much as possible,
then established the correct design plan and performed the revision rhinoplasty.
- Corrected the overly high silicone height compared to the existing nasal tip
- Removed the cadaveric costal cartilage and autologous septal cartilage at the nasal tip that had been placed with the wrong design
- Used new costal cartilage as a columellar strut based on the optimal design
- Appropriately repositioned the previously used autologous septal cartilage at the nasal tip to create the most beautiful nasal tip line
After surgery, the bridge that was too high became natural, and the droopy-looking nasal tip was lifted to a proper angle,
and the nose that looked long came to form a beautiful profile line.
These are before surgery and at 1 month after surgery.
