Correction of a Distorted Double Eyelid and Thickened Triple Eyelid Fold (Loose Double Eyelids): Before and After Surgery

After the previous double eyelid surgery, the line in the right eye became smaller,

after the double eyelid line over the black iris area became distorted,

so the line appears pronounced only at part of the inner corner and the outer corner of the eye.

 

Also, in the case of the left eye, the existing line designed in the previous surgery has loosened,

and the skin has sagged, creating a new line above the original one, showing a triple-fold appearance (accompanied by loose double eyelids).

 

In such cases, the surgical plan differs for each eye, so it is not easy to achieve symmetry between both eyes.

 

With accurate design and careful technique,

 the collapsed line on the right was lifted so that the line did not break in the middle of the eye and was corrected beautifully,

and while correcting the loose double-eyelid condition of the left eye,

the triple-fold appearance formed above the original design line was also corrected, leaving the line neatly unified into one.
