Before-and-after photos of micro outer canthoplasty / outer corner lowering canthoplasty

Lari Plastic Surgery’s outer corner lowering canthoplasty is
well known for creating a more open result, suited to people who want a bold and noticeable change.
However, not everyone who comes to our clinic wants a wide opening.
This is because, in any type of cosmetic surgery, there are many people who want only a small change rather than a dramatic one.
Therefore, for cases where only a subtle change is desired, or when only one side is desired rather than both sides,
micro outer canthoplasty with lowering of the outer eye corner is possible, making only the smallest possible change to suit the patient’s needs.
When the opening is not made very wide, the area of tissue involved in the surgery is smaller, which has the advantage of faster recovery.
The case above is a revision surgery case. After outer canthoplasty at another clinic,
it was felt that the outer corner of the right eye (the side with the mole above and below the eye) looked slightly higher than the left,
so micro outer canthoplasty with lowering of the outer eye corner was performed on the right side only.
After micro outer canthoplasty with lowering of the outer eye corner, the right eye corner that had appeared slightly raised now looks slightly lowered, similar to the left side.
Before surgery and at 2 weeks after surgery.
Although only 2 weeks have passed since surgery, you can see that there is no redness or conjunctival swelling, which normally appears after outer canthoplasty with lowering of the outer eye corner.
