Left eye correction revision surgery, lateral canthoplasty revision with outer corner lowering, lower eyelid fat removal
Long-term before-and-after photos after surgery

Before surgery, the left eye looks smaller than the right eye.
In a previous eye correction surgery, only the right side was overcorrected, so compared with the left eye,
the right eye looks larger and the left eye looks relatively smaller.
In such cases, revision eye correction surgery on only the left side is possible, and because it is a high-difficulty procedure,
a precise understanding of anatomical structures and the surgeon's refined correction technique developed through many years of experience are essential.
Even after more than one year after surgery, the eye correction has not loosened or recurred.
Also, in the previous lateral canthoplasty, there was no noticeable effect of making the eyes look larger or naturally lowering the outer corner of the eye,
and only a red scar remained near the outer corner.
At this point, the outer corner can be corrected through revision lateral canthoplasty with outer corner lowering,
and even though more than one year has passed since surgery,
there is no adhesion or recurrence,
and you can see that the eye size and the position of the outer corner have remained well maintained without recurrence.
Lastly, by removing and repositioning the lower eyelid fat that made the under-eye area look puffy,
you can see that the dark circles have improved,
and this effect has also been maintained well for over a year without recurrence or side effects.
This is the before surgery and 1 year and 9 months after surgery.
