Double Eyelid Surgery: In-out Line, with an Inline or Outline Feel!

In fact, inline, in-out line, and outline are usually not determined by the double eyelid design itself, but by the degree of inner corner surgery in most cases. The more the inner corner is opened from an inline, the more it goes through an in-out line and becomes an outline. Since an outline is created by opening the inner corner to the maximum, it can look less natural than an inline or in-out line.

Conversely, if the epicanthic fold is reconstructed through inner corner revision on an outline, it can return to an in-out line. So if an outline style looks unusually unnatural or does not suit you well, please be sure to consider inner corner revision surgery!
