This patient developed a large double eyelid crease that had not been there when he was young, but suddenly appeared one day in his 20s. In many cases, people have the habit of rubbing their eyes frequently, and once a crease forms naturally, it does not seem to disappear over time and becomes more pronounced.

It’s already annoying that the double eyelid crease appeared suddenly, and the asymmetrical, uneven lines are stressful too!

Having thick double eyelids makes the eyes feel heavy and look sleepy, so being told all the time, “Are you tired?” or “Are you sleepy?” is even more stressful!

Fortunately, there was no complete adhesion between the skin and the tarsus or the upper eyelid levator aponeurosis, so the line could be lowered simply with a non-incisional method and corrected into a hidden crease.

Non-incisional eye correction was performed, and although it had only been 2 days after surgery, there was almost no swelling and only some bruising.

The patient also says it is much easier to open the eyes, and the eye shape has definitely become sharper.

This patient also changed into a sharper eye shape with a simple non-incisional eye correction procedure. In general, this kind of subtle hidden crease is not that burdensome for men and is acceptable (actually, my eyes have a hidden crease around this level ㅎ)

But for those who even dislike this kind of natural hidden crease, please pay attention to the next case, which shows that no-crease surgery is also possible.

This patient, too, had been struggling with a natural double eyelid crease that developed after entering his 30s. There was also mild ptosis in one eye... not an easy case.

On some days, it becomes quite a mess. Natural double eyelid lines that are layered in multiple folds... what can you do?

When the eyes are closed, the multiple crease lines are visible ㅠ At this level of thickness, adhesion has already progressed between the skin and the tarsus or the levator muscle.

At this point, it cannot be corrected with a non-incisional method or a buried suture method; the surgery must be done by incision so that all adhesions of the lines can be carefully released one by one.

The multiple crease lines are removed, leaving a no-crease look, and a sharper eye shape is a bonus. Of course, the mild ptosis in the right eye was also corrected.

When the eyes are closed, you can see that all of the multiple natural crease adhesion lines have disappeared. And without a single incisional scar.
