Hello~~~!!

I went to a delicious pork rib place in Sangbong.

There seem to be so many really good restaurants in Sangbong.

Rib Restaurant Factory, located in an alley!!!

I had been here once before, and it was so good

that I came back again this time!!

The owner was friendly, which made it even better.

There aren’t that many tables inside!!!

There are about 10 tables inside,

and on nice days, it’s great that you can eat outside too!!!

It had a slightly youthful retro...? kind of vibe!

The owner was young, and you could feel the owner’s sense of style!

There isn’t a separate menu

 

The menu is posted on a banner!!

This is the setup that comes out first!!!

Because the pork ribs are partially pre-cooked before serving,

I called ahead while I was on my way and ordered so I could eat right awayㅎㅎ

So they came out immediately!

The sundubu jjigae served as a complimentary side!

It was spicy, fiery, and bold, which I likedㅎㅎ

I could probably drink soju with just that sundubu jjigae!!!

If you want more after finishing it, it’s 2,000 won!

We ordered the seasoned / salt-grilled option!!!!

The seasoning comes separately, so you can dip and eat it however you like!

Usually pork ribs don’t have much meat,

but I was so happy that there was a lot of meat attached to the bones!!

The salt-grilled version was tasty too, but I usually like seasoned food,

so the seasoned one was tastier and more my style!!

Even though I finished everything, what is this lingering feeling of disappointment.......?

I feel like eating more pork ribs would get tiring... Then there was the odol galbi recommended by the owner!!!

I wanted to get the plain version, but they had run out of ingredients, so we ordered the seasoned one!

It uses the same seasoning as the spicy seasoned pork ribs!!

I don’t really like odol-bone that much ㅠㅠ

But my friend said the odol galbi was tasty too!!

The final highlight was the hangover ramen!!!!!!!

It wasn’t on the menu when I went before, but a lot of people asked for it,

so I heard it was added as a new menu item!

It also comes with plenty of bean sprouts,

and most of all, they said they make the broth themselves without adding ramen seasoning!!

I came away fully cured of my hangover all at once, wow......
