A larger double eyelid does not necessarily make the eyes look more beautiful.
You need to undergo the right type of cosmetic procedure for your own features to achieve satisfying surgical results.

In this case, we performed double eyelid revision surgery, inner corner revision surgery, and outer corner revision surgery at our clinic.
The eyes look unnatural because of a high double eyelid line that does not suit the eyes, and the eye-opening strength appears somewhat weak, making the eyes look heavy.
Does a higher double eyelid line make the eyes look bigger?
Many people think that a higher double eyelid makes the eyes look bigger, but
in fact, if the crease is made too high, the eyes can look smaller because of what is known as a "sausage-like" double eyelid.
That is because a thick, sausage-like eyelid crease interferes with opening the eyes.
While correcting this sausage-like double eyelid, we also performed ptosis correction for the less-open eye, resulting in a much clearer eye shape.
The fact that the double eyelid looks high after surgery
also improves over time as the swelling goes down, and both eyelids settle into a lower, more natural look.

The patient had undergone inner corner surgery at another hospital,
but the eyes were not widened properly horizontally, and the inner corners were uneven in height.
As the inner corners had come down, the impression looked heavy.
We corrected the asymmetry by revising the inner corners into a sharper horizontal shape and adjusted the height as well.
After surgery, scar tissue is visible near the inner corners, but after 3 months, you can see that the scars have improved.

The outer corner surgery had also been performed at another hospital, but
instead of lowering the eye corners, they were still raised.
RARI Plastic Surgery's unique outer corner lowering procedure has a clear effect, so many people who did not see results at another hospital undergo outer corner revision surgery.
If you look at the photo 1 month after surgery, some conjunctival swelling remains,
but after 3 months, the conjunctival swelling and redness disappear, and you can see that the eye corners have clearly been lowered.

Up to 1 month after surgery, noticeable scarring can be seen.
However, if you look at the photo 3 months after surgery, you can see that the scars are gradually improving.
They will continue to improve even more over the next 6 months.
