[Rari Plastic Surgery] Canthoplasty Revision Surgery, Entropion Surgery, Under-Eye Fat Repositioning Before-and-After Photos

As canthoplasty has become widely popular, more and more people have been exposed to it,

and there are now more plastic surgery clinics that perform canthoplasty.

However, canthoplasty is not as simple or easy a procedure as one might think.

For example, if outer corner eye surgery is performed incorrectly,

the conjunctiva at the outer corner of the eye may turn outward, as shown in the pre-op photo,

causing red tissue to protrude.

In such cases, the previously opened outer corner is usually restored with difficulty.

Although there may be differences in how open or everted the area is,

at our clinic it is possible to perform revision surgery rather than simple restoration,

while returning the condition to what it was before.

Because this was not a restoration but a canthoplasty revision,

the eyes do not become smaller or look uncomfortably lifted at the outer corners;

after surgery, the outer corners actually appear to have come down more clearly than before,

and the eyes can feel more open and larger.
