Some people have a nose that flares out broadly,

and people with a thick, fleshy nose like a bulbous nose

may feel the changes from nose surgery dramatically even from the front,

but for others,

it is difficult to notice a major difference from the front.

The nose is at the center of the face, so it is an important part of one’s image,

but it is a part that influences the side profile more than the front.

That is why, from the side,

even very subtle differences and detailed changes in shape can be caught.

Even if you have had nose surgery,

if the height of the silicone was not adjusted appropriately

or the inner cartilage of the nose was not smoothly dissected,

For this patient, the bridge, which was too low,

was naturally replaced with silicone that was not excessive,

and the cartilage hump in the middle of the bridge

was carefully dissected and refined to create a smooth line.

To allow it to connect naturally with the height of the bridge,

ear cartilage was placed at the tip to change the blunt shape into a sharper one,

completing the nose shape.

Before surgery and 17 days after surgery

Even though there was still postoperative swelling at a little over two weeks,

the noticeably changed, attractive nose line could be clearly seen,

and the scar from the incision made at the columella under the nose had also healed well.
