[Lari Plastic Surgery] Natural Uneven Eyes, Double-Eyelid Removal to Correct Asymmetry

Unlike the previous post, this person corrected the asymmetry with double-eyelid removal surgery!

What that means is, this person had natural double eyelids, but the thickness of the double eyelids on both sides was different, so there was a difference in the size of the double-eyelid lines.

This does not mean the basic size of the eyes was different.

Looking at the pre-surgery photos, the right eye (left side in the photo) has a very thick outer-line double eyelid, while the left eye (right side in the photo) has a relatively thin inline double eyelid.

The thickness of the double-eyelid lines on both sides is clearly different, but the size and shape of the eyes are roughly similar on both sides. That is why the uneven eyes were corrected with double-eyelid removal surgery.

Because one side’s double eyelid was so thick, we were concerned that making it completely monolid would create too much of a change and look unnatural, so we made the line very thin with a slight hidden double eyelid to keep it natural.

Compared with the previous eyes, they became much less burdensome, and there were many positive changes in the post-surgery appearance.

Although the same double-eyelid removal surgery was performed, unlike the patient in the previous post, this person is able to close their eyes well even 3 months after surgery.

Because everyone’s eye condition is different, the speed of recovery and the progress over time may also differ. The red-looking incision scar will gradually improve over time.
