[Lari Plastic Surgery] Is it possible to have a distinct eye even with a hidden double eyelid?! (I don’t want uneven eyes)

If you have a double eyelid, you have one; if you don’t, you don’t. Some people have it on one side but not the other,

and in addition, there are many people who struggle with uneven eyes because of differences in the size of the fold or in the strength of eye opening.

The best way to correct unevenness is to lower the double eyelid line a lot and essentially remove it.

If you take into account that the natural size of the eyes is different to some extent,

the thickness of the line or whether the double eyelid is loosened, whether there is a double eyelid or not,

it becomes possible for the eyes to look similar.

Before surgery, the eyes had a natural double eyelid, but one side had it and the other side did not,

and the strength of eye opening also differed between the two sides, so there was a difference in how much of the pupils were visible.

To correct this unevenness, surgery was performed to remove the double eyelid,

and by removing the double eyelid, a hidden double eyelid was created to match the size and shape of the line.

In addition, the difference in eye-opening strength was also corrected through ptosis correction.

Even though the prominent outer-line double eyelid changed into a hidden double eyelid in which the eyelid line is barely visible,

the eyes did not become smaller; instead, they became easier to open wide.

By removing the barely-there double eyelid line from a monolid-like upper eyelid, the ambiguous-looking upper eyelid became neat,

and the eyes, which previously looked sleepy, now open well and appear clearer, creating a better impression.

When looking downward, the shapes on both sides, which had been different, changed to look similar, creating a more stable appearance,

At three months after surgery, the incision scar is still visibly red,

but while removing the double eyelid,

you can also see that the crease that was visible even when the eyes were closed has disappeared.
