[Lari Plastic Surgery] Triple Set: Asymmetric Eye Correction + Ptosis Correction + Removing Double Eyelids!

When people say they are having double eyelid surgery,

they often hope for many things, such as wanting this and that to turn out well,

wanting their eyes to look bigger, wanting both sides to match,

and so on.

There is probably no one who only wants a double eyelid line to appear through a simple double eyelid procedure.

The same goes for surgery to remove double eyelids.

While some people may be fine with simply removing the double eyelids,

there are also those for whom that would not be enough.

Looking at the pre-surgery photo, this patient has uneven double eyelid lines.

Also, because they have difficulty opening their eyes and the strength used to open each eye is different, the degree to which the pupils are exposed is different as well.

In cases like this, simply removing the double eyelids

would still leave the eyes uneven in size because the strength used to open each eye would remain different,

and as a result, they would continue to look asymmetric.

Therefore, in this state,

For the left eye, which had an eyelid fold similar to a subtle double eyelid, we removed the eyelid line

and strengthened the overall weak eye-opening function,

creating a clear monolid eye without a double eyelid.

The right double eyelid, which looked even more visible than the left eye, was also completely turned into a monolid.

In particular, the right eye had much weaker eye-opening strength than the left eye,

so we also performed ptosis correction to strongly reinforce the muscle that caused the asymmetry,

and matched the symmetry between the left and right eyes.

It is not possible for both sides to come out 100% exactly the same,

but after correcting as much as possible, the eyes became completely different from before.

Because an incision procedure can raise concerns about scarring,

the scar is typically at about the level of a standard incision double eyelid surgery,

and in cases where the eyelid is not a natural double eyelid but an operated one,

it is possible to perform the surgery while also removing scars left from previous double eyelid surgery.

This triple set of procedures is for the eyelids, not for widening the eye corners.
