That shape of foreign material is not something that simply comes out by making a hole somewhere;

instead, an incision is made along the lower lash line,

and the surgeon directly checks the state of the foreign material and scrapes it out along its shape to remove it.

So for a certain period of time, the incision line under the eyes may remain as a scar,

but it improves naturally over time.
