Some people are bothered by eyelids that appear sunken in the area between the eyes and the brow bone.

One thing to note here is that

simply filling the hollow area with fat

does not completely improve sunken eyelids.

there are adhesion tissues that pull the hollow area of the upper eyelid inward.

These adhesion tissues must be completely released,

and the fat must be grafted into the correct fat layer.

Also, when grafting fat into a localized area such as the eyelid,

small, fine fat particles should be used

so that the fat can be grafted delicately and evenly without lumpiness.

If you simply try to fill the sunken area

with fillers or fat grafting alone,

there may be limits to improving it,

so we need to think carefully before any procedure or surgery.
