There are different degrees of eye asymmetry.

the asymmetry was corrected and the two eyes were made similar,

and the double eyelid line was not made overly ambitious, so even though only one month has passed since the incisional surgery, there is not much swelling.

A line like this will settle into a thin, natural-looking inner double eyelid once the minor swelling goes down over time.
