"Is this possible all at once?"

There are specific areas around the eyes

This patient underwent revision double eyelid surgery to lower the crease line, along with ptosis correction. In addition, they had medial canthoplasty restoration, lateral canthoplasty, and under-eye fat grafting. You may wonder whether all four procedures can really be done at once..

but

these four procedures can be performed together at the same time.

Of course, compared with having only one procedure, swelling and bruising can be worse,

and the recovery can feel more difficult because the healing process is deeper. However, having multiple surgeries at once does not mean that the surgical results will be worse or that the recovery period will become longer.

As you can see in the before-and-after photos,

the double eyelid line was lowered nicely and the ptosis correction was clearly done, so even though medial canthoplasty restoration was performed, the eyes now look much clearer and larger.

Along with the more defined eyes, the outer corners were also lowered through lateral canthoplasty,

changing the image from one that could have looked a little sharp and sly before surgery

into something gentler and more rounded.

When several procedures are performed at the same time,

the recovery period is definitely much harder in the early stage,

and it can be very difficult to endure because the eyes look quite unusual. However, because multiple procedures are done together during surgery,
