and because the bend in the right eye had a limit to improvement even with canthoplasty that lowers the outer corner of the eye,

it has improved compared to before, but it still appears slightly bent.

Because of this bend, if the right outer corner were lowered as much as the left one,

a more severe amount of scleral show could occur only in the right eye,

so it was not possible to lower both outer corners equally, and a slight difference had to be made.

If the basic features you were born with are different like this,

the surgical result cannot be made exactly the way you want it.
