When performing this kind of fat grafting, it is important to carefully check not only the eyelids but also their relationship with the eyes. Even if the eyelids are sunken, if loop fat grafting is done alone in this eye condition,

the weight of the added fat layer may actually make it harder to open the eyes,

making the eyes look more constricted and heavy than before.

Before loop fat grafting, it is necessary to assess how well the eyes open and how much force is needed,

and to adjust and set them so that they can appear clear and sharp.

If eyes that originally could only open indistinctly without effort are corrected so that they open clearly and sharply,

then even with sunken eyelids, the impression of looking tired is reduced. But if fat grafting is performed on the eyelids after correcting the strength used to open the eyes,

it is very effective in improving an impression that always looks sleepy and tired.

Ten months after surgery, the transplanted fat has been well maintained without being lost,

and although the same incisional surgery was performed,

the scar visible when the eyes are closed can be seen to have improved more naturally than before surgery.

The reason is that when the thick double-eyelid line is lowered, scar correction can be performed at the same time.

Because this is incisional surgery, it is not possible for there to be no scar at all,

but for people whose previous scars were severe, even this degree of correction can feel significant.
