This is a tier system directly divided into 10 levels by the U.S. headquarters that developed and created the Invisalign appliance. The tiers are assigned every year.

These tiers are classified based on the number of Invisalign cases performed.

The highest tier currently, which requires the largest number of cases to achieve, is ‘Red Diamond,’ which requires more than 1,000 cases per year.
