Today, I’ll share a cheekbone reduction surgery review using patient photos from a surgery performed last month.

As you know, I perform the '230-Degree Sculpted Cheekbone Reduction Surgery' and the '3D Sculpted Cheekbone Reduction Surgery.'

The 230-Degree Sculpted Cheekbone Reduction Surgery is a cheekbone reduction procedure that complements the limitations of the existing quick cheekbone reduction surgery.

You can see that although the bruising has not fully faded and there is still some residual swelling, the side cheekbone has already been neatly reduced, which is clearly visible even on day 7.

Even with swelling, the facial line has been significantly refined.

This is a 1-month post-op photo from the 230-Degree Cheekbone Reduction Surgery review. One month after surgery, about 90% of the swelling has gone down, so the facial line looks more organized and much slimmer.

You can see that the side cheekbone, which had protruded in an unstable way, has moved inward and been refined, creating a sense of balance in the face.

Next is the side view.

But after surgery, as the 45-degree cheekbone is reduced, the cheekbones do not stand out as much even when smiling.

As I mentioned in the previous column, among patients who need cheekbone surgery, more than 80% have both the side cheekbone and the 45-degree cheekbone developed together.

Therefore, if you undergo the existing quick cheekbone reduction surgery, which is effective only for the side cheekbone, the effect may be minimal from the side, or the cheekbones may still stand out when smiling, leaving you less than completely satisfied even after surgery.

So please make sure to understand the state of your cheekbone development through an accurate diagnosis before surgery.
