Final Prosthodontic Training

Hello, this is Live Dental Hospital🦷

After finishing today’s appointments, the prosthodontics department had an internal training session.

The main topic of this training was

know-how for the process of placing the final prosthesis after prosthodontic treatment.

This process, which securely attaches the prosthesis to the patient’s tooth

and sets the correct bite and position,

is the final step of treatment and an extremely important stage that determines the overall quality of the result.

Along with this, we also reviewed four key points that must be considered when placing a prosthesis👇

1️⃣ Adjusting the position and angle so it fits the tooth precisely

2️⃣ Ensuring strong adhesive strength

3️⃣ Harmonious connection with neighboring teeth

4️⃣ Choosing adhesive materials suited to the oral environment

These are details that can easily be overlooked in actual treatment,

but because they greatly affect the quality of the result and patient satisfaction,

it was a meaningful time to share practical tips and case-based examples based on the team leader’s clinical experience.

In addition, practical training on laminate and other prosthodontic treatments was also conducted,

and after all the training was finished, we wrapped up warmly by sharing a tteokbokki snack time😊
