In the previous treatment, the four upper central front teeth were treated, but due to prosthesis detachment there was staining on the teeth, and the spaces on both canine areas were also relatively large.

According to the measurements, a total of 6 teeth, #13-23, were planned; #11, 12, 21, and 22 were to have the existing laminates replaced, while #13 and 23 were planned without tooth reduction.

To achieve even tooth alignment, we decided to perform gum contouring.

The gap between the two canines was to be filled using prosthetic work so that it could be naturally adjusted without orthodontic treatment.

Also, because the patient wanted a natural and bright image, we chose the W4 shade, which is two tones brighter than the previous one, so the overall impression would be brighter.

Rather than simply making them white, what matters is how well they harmonize with the skin tone and the surrounding teeth, so we decided on a balanced and natural color.
