Hello.
I’m Kim Jin-hyeon, chief director of U&I Clinic Mokdong Branch.
“Dark spots seem to be getting darker.”
“Wrinkles have increased too, and my skin doesn’t feel as firm as before.”
“I heard Rejuran can help,
but how many sessions do I need to see results?”
These are the kinds of concerns you may have had at least once
whenever you look in the mirror these days.
When dark spots, fine wrinkles, and reduced skin elasticity
all appear at the same time,
you start wondering whether
one procedure can improve everything.
At times like this, you may have heard stories from people around you who got a treatment called Rejuran
and saw improvements.
But even when you hear the name Rejuran,
“Will it work for me too?”
“Do I need several sessions before it really shows?”
These concerns can make you hesitate.
In fact, the issue is not simply
how many times you need to receive it.
The real question is how strongly the skin responds to Rejuran’s ingredients,
and at what point those changes become visible.

Ultimately, what matters is understanding the cumulative pattern of changes happening within the skin
and setting the right interval and number of sessions.
So today, based on actual clinical data,
“I’ll explain how Rejuran improves our skin”
“I’ll tell you exactly how many sessions you need to see proper results”
and give you the answer clearly.

- Does Rejuran really help?

Rejuran is also called a “skin regeneration injection,”
and it is not simply an injection that provides moisture.
When a substance called PN (polynucleotide)
is injected into the skin,
it stimulates fibroblasts in the dermis and encourages the production of new collagen and elastic fibers.
In other words, it works by boosting the skin’s inherent regenerative ability,
helping it repair itself and regain elasticity.

In this study, 30 Asian participants underwent a total of 3 Rejuran sessions,
and skin changes were observed for up to 6 months.
As a result, statistically significant improvements (p<0.001) were seen in all four skin indicators
(EPCs: skin tone, surface, elasticity, radiance),
and 76% of patients reported being “satisfied” or better at 6 months,
while 43% reported “very improved,”
meaning they felt the optimal result.

In particular, the skin texture improvement scores (GAIS) were as follows:
Skin elasticity: 3.61
Surface texture: 3.46
Radiance: 3.45
Tone uniformity: 3.33
(out of 5 points)
Especially noteworthy are the facts that the effects lasted up to 6 months after treatment,
and that not only skin texture and tone but also dermal elasticity improved,
which is a strength that sets it apart from existing skin boosters.
- How many sessions do you actually need?
Rejuran can start to bring changes in “radiance” and “texture” even with one session,
but deeper improvements such as elasticity and dark spots require cumulative treatment.

According to the study, a total of 3 sessions were performed,
T0 (first session),
T1 (4 weeks later),
T2 (8 weeks later)
and follow-up assessments were done at T3 (4 months later) and T4 (6 months later).
In conclusion, a minimum of 3 sessions is the baseline,
and depending on the skin’s response, maintenance treatments are often recommended every 6 months to 1 year afterward.
The important thing is
the interval should allow the skin time to recover, and
improvements should be expected gradually over that period.
- Side effects? Pain? Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Because Rejuran is injected into the dermis,
there may be minor pain from the needle.
However, at our clinic,
we also consider patients with sensitive skin
and have introduced a painless treatment system using the Mirajet device.

Mirajet is a method that uses pressure to deliver medication into the skin without a needle.
It is a very innovative device that allows skin boosters to be administered without pain,
and since bringing in this device,
we have been performing various skin booster treatments with minimal downtime and without pain.
Because it is a method that can deliver medication even to sensitive skin without irritation,
it may be a good option for sensitive-skin patients who had given up on Rejuran, so I wanted to mention it^^ Rejuran is not just a simple injection,
it is a “regeneration solution” that helps build the skin’s ability to heal itself.

It is especially effective for those concerned about dark spots, wrinkles, and reduced elasticity all at once,
and its true value appears when the treatment is performed under an accurate diagnosis and a customized plan.
At our clinic, based on safe design and equipment that also take sensitive skin into account,
we continue to carry out hundreds of treatments
with high satisfaction.
Rather than getting it blindly,
please start Rejuran only after accurately understanding your skin’s current condition.
I’m confident your skin will definitely change.
Thank you for reading this long post today as well.^^
