Hello, this is Gangnam Leong Dental Clinic😊
Many people considering laminate veneers
commonly ask these questions.
Will a lot of tooth reduction be needed?
Will it look artificial?
To reduce these concerns, Gangnam Leong Dental Clinic
offers Newtis, an integrated anterior-tooth treatment,
with a smile simulation during consultations.
Based on photos taken before treatment,
we design the desired tooth shape
and let you preview the post-treatment result
as a video in advance.

Newtis Smile Simulation
The Newtis smile simulation is
not a simple image composite,
but a video representation of the expected post-treatment smile
that reflects the actual patient’s dental photos, facial contours,
and even lip movement.

Before-and-after video preview through the Newtis smile simulation
In this process, the shape, length,
color, arrangement, and other details of the teeth are finely adjusted
to create a virtual design that matches the desired look,
and instead of a static photo preview,
you can see your moving self after treatment in advance,
so you can visually confirm the treatment result
that you had only imagined in your head.

Newtis smile simulation process
① Diagnosis and in-depth consultation
We carefully analyze the patient’s oral condition, tooth alignment,
gum line, and facial shape,
evaluate the smile line,
and set a treatment plan together with the patient’s needs.
② Pre-treatment photo shoot
Before treatment, we take high-resolution photos
of the smiling face from the front, side, and other angles.
③ Virtual design through smile simulation
Based on the photos taken,
we use the Newtis smile simulation program
to adjust the length, shape, color, and angle of the teeth
and create a virtual design.
By looking at the screen together with the patient in real time,
the design can be modified,
allowing us to find a design that suits the patient.
④ Video preview through smile simulation
With the completed virtual design,
we check the post-treatment appearance as a video.
Rather than a simple front-facing image,
it realistically reproduces tooth exposure, proportions,
and color harmony during lip movement and facial expression changes.
By experiencing the post-treatment appearance in advance,
it helps with decision-making.
⑤ Impression taking
After the smile simulation,
precise impressions are taken for the actual procedure.
The tooth shape and occlusal relationship are recorded
so that unnecessary reduction can be minimized.
⑥ Newtis laminate fabrication
A dental technician who is on-site in the in-house lab in real time
fabricates the customized Newtis laminate.
⑦ Newtis laminate placement and bite check
The completed Newtis laminate is placed,
and the bite, speech, and lip movement are checked.

Newtis laminate,
made real from simulation
A patient was concerned about discoloration,
a slightly uneven gum line,
and slightly prominent front teeth.
After consultation, we performed a Newtis smile simulation
using pre-treatment photos.

Based on the virtual design,
the before-and-after video was completed,
allowing the patient to check the previously vague post-treatment appearance,
and additional in-depth consultation was conducted
to complete the Newtis laminate.

The journey to finding the smile that suits me
Newtis, an integrated anterior-tooth treatment,
is not simply a procedure to make teeth look nice.
It is a process of redesigning my impression, lip line,
and facial balance.
What kind of smile do I want,
and what shape is most natural for me?
Through the Newtis smile simulation,
we find your own smile and complete it in reality.
Newtis is not limited to laminate veneers,
but is an integrated anterior-tooth treatment that covers
esthetic treatments in general, including removal of white spots, enamel shaping, teeth whitening,
gum whitening, gum contouring, gum grafting,
and anterior resin.
We hope this helps reduce concerns about the front teeth
and regain a more confident smile.
