Eye Surgery :: Incision method, ptosis correction, upper canthoplasty, and lateral lower canthoplasty

The first case is eye surgery.

The photo above shows the result of combining the incision method, ptosis correction, and upper canthoplasty and lateral lower canthoplasty.

Eye surgery is not simply about creating double eyelids;

it is important to comprehensively consider the size, shape, and positional balance of the eyes to create harmony across the entire face.

If ptosis is present, weak eyelid-opening strength can make the eyes look sleepy,

and in such cases, ptosis correction can strengthen the ability to open the eyes and create a clearer eye shape.

The second case is nose surgery.

We performed correction of the nose tip, bulbous nose, short nose, and hump nose together,

and in particular, we also performed cat surgery, that is, nasolabial angle correction, which further enhanced the harmony of the side profile.

Cat surgery is a procedure that corrects the nasolabial angle, the angle where the nose meets the philtrum.

If this angle is too narrow or too wide, the balance of the entire face can look off.

When performed together with nose surgery, it can make the harmony between the lips and nose look more natural,

and it may also help improve a gummy smile, where too much gum shows when smiling.

As you can see from the appearance six months after surgery,

the nose line has changed to look more natural and dimensional, making this a highly satisfying case.

Silhouette lifting :: Make sagging skin firmer

The third case is silhouette lifting.

As skin loses elasticity with age and nasolabial folds become deeper,

lifting can be performed by inserting threads without incision and pulling the skin.

The Mint threads, Omega threads, and similar materials used at Banni Plastic Surgery do more than simply create a lifting effect;

the threads stimulate the skin to regenerate collagen, helping to restore 부족한 volume and create a more natural result.

In addition, combining it with Juvelook Volume can further increase volume,

The fourth case is under-eye fat laser.

When fat under the eyes protrudes prominently, it can make a person look tired

or give the impression of looking older.

This method uses a laser to remove unnecessary fat

and, if needed, reposition the fat to create a natural and brighter impression.

As shown in the photo, after the procedure the under-eye area looks much smoother,

and the shadows have become lighter, improving the appearance to look younger.

Under-eye fat laser involves almost no incision and the recovery is relatively quick,

so it is one of the procedures that busy office workers and students can receive without much burden.

Nasolabial fold tightening :: Improve side profile, anti-aging effect, improve skin elasticity

The fifth case is Banni Plastic Surgery’s exclusive nasolabial fold tightening procedure.

By performing four Omega threads and Juvelook Volume at the same time,

this is a combined lifting method that improves nasolabial folds while also filling in hollow volume.

Omega threads are made of PDO dissolvable thread,

and with bidirectional barbs, they have excellent effects for strongly pulling and fixing the skin.

When inserted into the skin, they stimulate collagen production and have the characteristic of restoring elasticity over time.

The Juvelook Volume used together induces collagen production in the skin

and naturally fills in volume in sunken areas.

Because of its larger particles, it is especially effective in areas that need volume improvement, such as nasolabial folds or sunken cheeks.
