Natural Adhesion Double Eyelids
Hello,
More than 50% of our visiting patients come through referrals,
and we have accumulated more than 2,000 surgical cases from existing referred patients.
We are Vanni Plastic Surgery, committed to honest and principled care.
The question people considering double eyelid surgery ask most often is:
“Can it look natural and still last a long time?”
Many people think that naturalness and longevity in double eyelid surgery are inversely related,
but that is not always the case.

At Vanni Plastic Surgery, to satisfy both conditions at once,
we perform a special natural adhesion method for double eyelids called “Spark Adhesion.”
Today, we will explain the principles and advantages of Spark Adhesion, as well as how it differs from general natural adhesion,
with real cases.
The Basic Principle of Natural Adhesion Double Eyelids
Natural adhesion double eyelid surgery creates a line by inducing natural adhesion between the eyelid skin and the muscle
without making an incision in the skin.
By making tiny openings in the skin and passing a special medical thread through them,
the levator muscle that opens the eyes and the skin are made to adhere securely.
As this adhesion forms, it becomes stronger over time and a natural-looking line takes shape.
Because there is no incision, there is little concern about scarring, recovery is quick,
and a natural appearance can be maintained even immediately after the procedure.
However, with general natural adhesion methods, if the knot fixation is loose or the adhesion is weak,
there is a possibility that it may loosen over time, and for this reason some people are hesitant about natural adhesion double eyelid surgery.
Vanni Plastic Surgery’s Differentiated “Spark Adhesion” Method
Spark Adhesion preserves the strengths of existing natural adhesion double eyelid surgery while compensating for its shortcomings.
We secure the thread knots very carefully and deeply to significantly reduce the chance of loosening.
Rather than simply placing the thread in a fixed position, we closely analyze the patient’s eyelid thickness, skin elasticity, fat distribution,
and eye-opening strength to find the point where adhesion can form most stably.
We also adjust the path and depth of the thread
to allow the skin to fold smoothly when the eyes are open while keeping the line clearly visible.
With this process, there is less unnatural pulling or foreign-body sensation after surgery,
and the line does not collapse over time.
Real Cases Showing Natural Changes

These before-and-after photos were taken at our Vanni Plastic Surgery clinic
of the same patient under identical conditions.
Since side effects (inflammatory reactions) may occur after the procedure,
please make your decision after proper consultation with the medical staff.
The photos above show before-and-after results of Spark Adhesion.
Before the procedure, the eyelid line was almost absent or very faint,
so the overall eye shape looked heavy and the iris was less exposed, making the expression less defined.
After Spark Adhesion, a soft and natural double eyelid line was formed without incision,
the eyes looked more open, and the expression became brighter.
Because swelling was minimal, a natural appearance was possible even immediately after the procedure, and a more stable line has been maintained after recovery.

General Natural Adhesion Double Eyelids vs. Spark Adhesion
One of the biggest differences between general natural adhesion and Spark Adhesion is longevity.
With general natural adhesion methods, the adhesion area may weaken over time, which can cause the line to loosen.
In particular, if knot fixation is loose or the adhesion point is not sufficiently stable,
the double eyelid line may fade within a few years.
By contrast, Spark Adhesion minimizes these issues through a very detailed process, from how the knots are secured to how the positions are selected.
Because it precisely determines the adhesion points while considering eyelid skin thickness, the condition of fat and muscle, and even eye-opening strength,
the chance of loosening is significantly reduced.
There is also a difference in how the line is formed.
General natural adhesion double eyelid surgery often follows a set pattern when placing the thread,
so it may not fully reflect the individual’s eye shape or skin condition.
As a result, the line can look overly artificial or change unnaturally depending on facial expression.
By comparison, Spark Adhesion carefully analyzes each patient’s eye structure first
and then adjusts the position and depth of the thread so that the most harmonious line is created for that person.
Thanks to this, a natural line is maintained whether the eyes are open or closed.
Natural Adhesion Double Eyelids
Spark Adhesion is recommended for these people.
-
Those who want clear double eyelids without incision scars
-
Those with thin eyelid skin and little fat
-
Those who want a surgery with quick recovery and fast return to daily life
-
Those who want to reduce the possibility of loosening as much as possible
-
Those who want both a natural eye shape and clear definition
Natural adhesion double eyelid surgery is not simply a procedure that places threads
but a process of accurately analyzing the eye structure and creating the most ideal adhesion.
Vanni Plastic Surgery’s Spark Adhesion achieves a natural line that lasts a long time without incision
and increases satisfaction through customized surgery tailored to each patient’s eye shape.
If you want to improve your eye shape with double eyelid surgery but are concerned about scars or a long recovery period,
please visit Vanni Plastic Surgery for a consultation.
We will suggest the optimal method for a more stable and satisfying result.
Thank you.
