Changes Seen in Forehead Lift Before and After Cases

The patient in the photo had an overall drooping forehead and eyebrows before surgery,

so forehead wrinkles and frown lines were noticeable, the eyes looked cramped, and the impression felt somewhat heavy.

In particular, the skin around the eyes was loose, so makeup easily smudged,

The Principle of the Mini Lift

The mini lift is not a method that simply pulls the skin,

but a surgical technique that lifts the fascial layer (SMAS), located 4.5 mm beneath the skin, together with it.

The fascial layer is a thin fibrous membrane that surrounds the facial muscles and plays a key role in maintaining skin elasticity.

As people age, this fascial layer sags due to gravity and aging.

If only the skin is pulled without correcting it,

the lifting effect will not last long,

and scars may become more noticeable or pixie ear deformity may occur.
